- TapAlive Plus – Length 1 month: €0.99. Length 12 months: €6.99 (equals €0.58 per month).
- TapAlive Premium – Length 1 month: €2.99. Length 12 months: €17.99 (equals €1.50 per month).
- All prices include VAT. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Good to know
Billing and cancellation All subscriptions run through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Switching, pausing and cancelling happen in the subscription settings of your store account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Automatic renewal Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled in the store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The exact conditions are in section 4 of our Terms of Use.
Right of withdrawal As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All details – including the early expiry for digital content – are in section 5 of the Terms of Use.
This applies with Premium too: TapAlive is an additional tool and does not replace official emergency services. In an acute emergency, always call 110 (police) or 112 (emergency services) directly.
